Whitebark Pine Ecosystem Foundation of Canada will enhance the population of Limber Pine (red-listed in BC federally listed as endangered by COSEWIC) in the Mount Broadwood Region near Elko. This project will both restore limber pine populations at this site as well as raise public awareness of the conservation issues surrounding whitebark and limber pine.
