The Literacy Forum is a mechanism to build basin wide partnerships and provide program delivery for literacy throughout the Columbia Basin. The partnership includes two colleges six school districts community literacy associations (Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL)) and literacy agencies within the Columbia Basin to further Life long Learning for residents.
