The Lower Columbia Initiatives Corporation intends to develop and implement a business retention and expansion program for the Lower Columbia Region with its primary objective to enhance the economic sustainability of the report. This program will be considered a pilot program by the Rural Development Institute (RDI) as the RDI will be introducing a new software for this purpose.
