This project will install a backup generator and transfer switch to the Lower Kootenay Band's Administration Complex, which is designated as an Emergency Reception Centre and Emergency Operations Centre by the Regional District of Central Kootenay and the Emergency Operations Centre for Lower Kootenay Band Emergency Management.
