The Arrow Lakes Running Group will be hosting the Nakusp Spring 5K Run on May 8 2011 in Nakusp. This is a community 5K Run 2K Walk 100M Kids run and BBQ with all proceeds going to local charity's 'Arrow Lakes Mountain Trust'. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
