The Village of New Denver will be hosting the Nikkei Internment Memorial Centre Community Outreach and Donor Appreciation in the fall and winter 2013 in New Denver. This project consists of three sub projects encompassing cultural and community outreach at the Nikkei Internment Memorial Centre through the use of an origami workshop a community film screening and the printing of keepsake postcards to be used for small scale donor appreciation. CBT funds will be used toward the costs associated with this event.
