The Recipient and CBT enter into this agreement for the purposes of providing resources to support Penny Ohanjanian Consulting Biologists costs associated with determining the habitat range of Northern Leopard Frogs an endangered species and their dispersal from Brummer's Flats to neighbouring marshes.
