Kootenay Boundary Community Services Co-operative (KBCSC) and CBT are working together to strengthen the capacity of community social service agencies in the Columbia Basin enhancing their ability to deliver relevant and useful services in communities. KBCSC will offer or facilitate access to local training opportunities and provide consulting services in the area of organizational development to community social service agencies. KBCSC will also work to increase community awareness of the value brought to Basin communities by community social service agencies.
