CBT and the Greener Footprints Society enter into this agreement for the purposes of providing resources to deliver the "Continuing Phase 2 Plastic Bag Exchange Documentary Phase project" to Rossland and area residents in the spring and summer of 2010. Greener Footprints will create a documentary promoting plastic bag reduction which will provide a tool for other communities to repeat the reduction process independently. The overall goal of the project is to reduce the amount of plastic bags in and around communities and landfills.
