RDKB will augment rural emergency management mitigation and preparedness capacity to protect public safety, prepare for, and respond to emergencies and natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, wildfires, extreme weather, and sustained power outages in RDKB Rural Areas A and B, Fruitvale, Montrose, Rossland, Trail and Warfield.
