The youth group REACT (Real Environmental Action Created by Teens) will host a town meeting where community members will be invited to learn about environmental issues specifically related to plastic bags discuss ideas and potential solutions for the communities of New Denver and Silverton including the possibility of acquiring and using reusable bags.
