The Rossland Council for Arts & Culture will be hosting the Reel Youth Film Festival on November 17th 2012 at the Miners' Hall. This festival is a screening of many international youth made films and is part of the Rossland Mountain Film Festival. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
