The Foundtree Product Design will lead a workshop titled Are you Ready? Regulatory Change and Food Safety Requirements for Food Processors in Nelson on September 13 2014. Food processors will learn about Canadian Food Inspection Agency modernizations and the implications to their business and the fundamentals of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and required elements of a written food safety plan.
