Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL) receives funding from Columbia Basin Trust (CBT) for the purpose of developing and delivering literacy services that support prople living in communities encompassed within the Columbia Basin to gain the functional skills (particularly reading writing numeracy and computer) to participate fully in their communities.
