The program provides a team of community economic development facilitators for the Basin. The facilitators provide support and guidance to help Basin communities develop one or more of the following community economic development activities: To facilitate strategic decision making. Promote collaboration and resolve divisiveness in communities. Provide coaching training knowledge and skill acquisition. Provide information and support for accessing existing economic development support programs. Generally support good economic development initiatives in Basin communities. The program works with community driven processes and focuses on providing support to the less organized rural communities in the Basin.
