Shuswap Indian Band and Friends of Shuswap will be hosting a gathering on August 18 2012 at the Large White Tent on Highway 95 near Capillo Road Invermere. This event will include a mini Pow Wow demonstration including various dances and drum singers aboriginal artists displaying and selling arts and crafts traditional food and other entertainment. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
