The Village of Silverton is developing a Communities in Bloom program with a focus on community social and economic benefits for the community of Silverton. The program will take place throughout 2013 and will involve the Village of Silverton Silverton Community Club business and individuals in the community. CBT funds will be used toward the costs associated with this program.
