The Slocan Lake Stewardship Society received funding through the Environmental Initiatves Program to support the final phase of a 3 year water quality monitoring project on Slocan Lake. The water quality monitoring project will provide another year of longitudinal scientific data that will be used to assess trends in lake water quality which is a necessary component for lake management planning.
