The City of Trail Trail and District Chamber of Commerce and Trail Parks and Recreation in conjunction with the Downtown Opportunities and Action Committee is hosting the Spooktacular community event on October 25 2014 in Trail. The event features a special Saturday edition of the Trail Market on the Esplanade Halloween games activities and live entertainment. The event will draw over 1000 people from the Greater Trail area and is enjoyed by people of all ages.
