The South Kootenay Lake Community Service Society will be developing administrative and governance systems and a communications plan. This will include: Establish office space and necessary administrative systems. Develop a preliminary work plan including budget and fundraising strategy. Develop a communications plan for the Society. Plan and hold the first Annual General Meeting of the Society. Address one project area that was a priority from the Annual General Meeting.
