CBT and the St. Mary Valley Rural Residents Association (SMVRRA) enter into this agreement to provide resources to support up to ten SMVRRA members to participate in a provincially recognized Streamkeepers course in 2010. Residents believe it is necessary to develop a baseline of water quality at this time as there has been no previous data collection.
