The Castlegar Early Childhood Advisory Council will be hosting the Teddy Bear Picnic on June 19 2013 at Kinsmen Park in Castlegar. The event will highlight services and programs available for families with young children in Castlegar and the surrounding area. This free event will feature displays fun activities storytime a teddy bear "hospital" entertainment and refreshments plus a parade and ribbon cutting for the new toddler playground equipment. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
