The Terrestrial Ecosystem Conservation and Restoration Strategy program development process helps define future investment direction for CBT's Environment Sector Steering Committee in this program area. It is anticipated that the development process will outline key investment areas in the terrestrial sector that Columbia Basin Trust can target for its funding. These priority investment areas must have the support of community based organizations and should be implemented in partnership with regulatory and other funding agencies. A community based delivery mechanism will be sought to help support the implementation of the program.
