The Community Initiatives Program is a community-based granting program that incorporate local input in the adjudication process. The CIP and Affected Areas Program is delivered on behalf of the Trust by the Regional Districts of Central Kootenay East Kootenay Kootenay Boundary aq'am akisq'nuk First Nation Lower Kootenay Town of Golden City of Revelstoke Shuswap Indian Band Tobacco Plains and Village of Valemount.
