Tobacco Plains Indian Band is receiving Community Youth Engagement Funds to support youth engagement in Tobacco Plains through the development of a youth council and a community plan for youth engagement hiring a youth coordinator and organizing community events and ensuring youth have an opportunity to participate in local events.
