The Rossland Council for Arts and Culture will be implementing year round programming by hosting six filmmaking camps for youth in the West Kootenays. In the fall of 2011 and Spring 2012 there will be two film festivals held that will inspire and motivate youth to start creating films. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this project.
