The Community Initiatives and Affected Areas Programs (CIP/AAP) are community-based granting programs that incorporate local input in the adjudication process. The CIP/AAP is delivered on behalf of the Trust by the Regional Districts of Central Kootenay East Kootenay Kootenay Boundary Ktunaxa Nation Council Town of Golden City of Revelstoke Shuswap Indian Band and Village of Valemount.
