Phase 3 of the Columbia Basin Water Quantity Project will involve building a beta (live test) website from the website development plan prepared in Phase 2. Phase 3 will also build on information gathered in Phase 2 and include the final development of two CBT information brochures the first being a water quantity brochure and the second a water management roles and responsibilities brochure.
