The initial vision for the website is a tool with several embedded layers moving from the most basic to the relatively complex. This tool could help fulfill the needs of a grade 8 student studying the hydrologic cycle of his/her local watershed to those of a Regional or Municipal water manager planning for long term domestic water supply.
