Wild Voices For Kids

CBT and the Columbia Basin Environmental Education Network (CBEEN) enter into this agreement to provide resources to support the delivery of the Wild Voices For Kids (WVFK) project Basin wide in 2010/2011. WVFK is an environmental and heritage education program for grades K 12 that provides free curriculum linked presentations and field trips to schools throughout the Columbia Basin. The project promotes environmental stewardship and Basin citizenship by connecting students to local initiatives research and issues in the Columbia Basin. This helps inspire youth to make appropriate choices provides opportunities for them to demonstrate behaviours for sustainable living and fosters stewardship activities.
