The Winterfest Committee consisting of Castlegar & District Chamber of Commerce Castlegar Recreation Department and the City of Castlegar will be hosting the Winterfest parade of lights in front of Castlegar City Hall on November 30 2012. This event is intended to ring in the holiday season with a free event open to all ages. There will be a visit from Santa tree lighting entertainment and refreshments. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
