This project will support the restoration of wetlands, stream habitat and riparian habitat on over 500 hectares of Yaqan Nukiy lands, and remove two kilometres of failed dams to restore natural flooding and fish access. This will benefit many fish and wildlife species on these culturally and ecologically important traditional hunting grounds.
