Costs to deliver the Youth Links program for fiscal year 2000. Youth Links is a six week summer youth program for young people between the ages of 17 19 who reside in the Columbia Basin. It is an opportunity for young people to learn more about their region and its social economic and environmental issues while contributing to the well being of Basin Communities by working on community projects. The program takes place in various Columbia Basin communities with participants traveling together as a group during the six weeks.
