Columbia Basin Trust is expanding our Power Operations team as we bring the operations and maintenance of our Arrow Lakes, Brilliant Expansion and Waneta Expansion hydropower facilities in-house.
We have completed the first phase of hiring, establishing key leadership and planning roles. Recruitment will continue in future phases, creating a rare opportunity to join the Trust during this significant period of growth.

As a Occupational Health & Safety Lead, you will lead the ongoing evolution and expansion of the Environment, Health & Safety Management System, providing field-level coaching and oversight, leading inspections, incident investigations, and safety training.

As a Senior Manager, Compliance, you will serve as a subject matter expert in compliance and provide technical leadership related to all new and impending Critical Infrastructure Protection and Operations and Planning requirements.
